When it's time to leave, please ensure the following simple tasks are done: -load dirty dishes and run the dishwasher -turn off lights and A/C. (Starting the dishwasher before our cleaners arrive saves a lot of time for them. This ensures adequate time to make sure the cabin is ready for next guests just like it was for you. We appreciate your cooperation!) NO PARTY/EVENTS ALLOWED. Minimum booking age 25. Person making the reservation has to be here. Please Do Not use candle or wax on property. Please Do Not unplug cameras, or any other electronics. Quiet Hours 10pm -7am No running or horseplaying on the stairs/roof/hand rails. Do Not change any internet settings, or unplug/move modem, routers or other electronics. Over capacity limit could be potential fire hazard, cause drain system failure and hot water supply deficiency. Over capacity limit without informing owner will cause removal from property right away without refund. Please DO NOT open or access any locked storage space without permission. Violation will result a fine of $200 or cost of loss, whichever is higher. Please use caution when using ALL stairs. Keep ALL open flames outside on the Grill/firepit ONLY. Property is not 100% baby proof, adults supervision is required at ALL times. Please Do Not move around furniture. Please NO VAPING or smoking of anything indoors. No illegal drug use. Use ash trays in the yard for tobacco disposal.

Our luxurious apartment is a short walk to the beach. In the surrounding area, you will find the best local restaurants and bars along Mission Beach has to offer, all within walking distance. Whether you intend to relax or play, everything is steps away.

Guest access

The whole condo, shared back yard, laundry room, and 1 designated parking spot. Please make sure park only at 1 parking spot with your unit number. Parking at other unautherized spot may result being towed at car owner's expense or city tickets. Airbnb host/owner will not be responsible for any of these matter mentioned above.

If you’re looking for the perfect place to enjoy Pacific Beach, this is it. Just a few steps away from the beach is exactly what this place is. Clean inside with a great little yard on the side. Yard has a grill , some comfy chairs and a nice firepit. The nearby restaurants are awesome with great mid-week specials. If this one is available, stop and grab it…not gonna find a better place with a parking spot to boot!! 5 outta 5 stars on this one.

We reserved the place last minute at 8p, literally as we were an hour away. They accepted the reservation and prepped the home immediately. The location was great, walked to the beach and other eating spots. Easily accessible to the freeways. I will mark this spot for future stays!

You will have 1 dedicated parking spot right in front of the building, so it won't be a problem if you are driving your family here. We are few minutes drive away from the Sea World. Midway Museum
