We provide starter pack of supplies(toilet paper, paper towel, detergents, coffee and creamer). Please feel free to bring or buy your own favorite or extra. Trash cans are located on the left side of the building, opposite to the yard. Please only use cans written 753. Thank you. When it's time to leave, please ensure the following simple tasks are done: -load dirty dishes and run the dishwasher -turn off lights and A/C. (Starting the dishwasher before our cleaners arrive saves a lot of time for them. This ensures adequate time to make sure the cabin is ready for next guests just like it was for you. We appreciate your cooperation!) NO PARTY/EVENTS ALLOWED. Minimum booking age 25. Person making the reservation has to be here. Please Do Not use candle or wax on property. Please Do Not unplug cameras, or any other electronics. Condo 755 is a DOG friendly property, a non-refundable $200 pet charge and/or any damages caused by the pet (whichever is greater). Quiet Hours 10pm -7am No running or horseplaying on the stairs/roof/hand rails. Do Not change any internet settings, or unplug/move modem, routers or other electronics. Over capacity limit could be potential fire hazard, cause drain system failure and hot water supply deficiency. Over capacity limit without informing owner will cause removal from property right away without refund. Please DO NOT open or access any locked storage space without permission. Violation will result a fine of $200 or cost of loss, whichever is higher. Please use caution when using ALL stairs. Keep ALL open flames outside on the Grill/firepit ONLY. Property is not 100% baby proof, adults supervision is required at ALL times. Please Do Not move around furniture. Please NO VAPING or smoking of anything indoors. No illegal drug use. Use ash trays in the yard for tobacco disposal. Please do not mail any letter or packages to this address. Grocery/meal delivery is fine.

Guest access

You'll have access to the entire condo, the shared backyard, the laundry room, and one designated parking spot. Please ensure you park only in the two spots marked with your unit number. Parking in unauthorized spots may result in your car being towed at your expense or receiving city tickets. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for these issues, so please double-check before parking.

Right next to the beach , very kid friendly . Very nice place , would stay again . Really appreciate the communication and knowing my kids were welcome and we could walk right to the beach in a minute . Thank you for the great stay !

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very walkable to restaurants as well as the beach. Having a parking space was well worth it as the street parking would have been a nightmare. We had some delay in arrival and they were very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again.

Private parking lot is in front of the building, plus street parking. Each unit has one guaranteed parking spot. Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Museums and Airport are few mins drive.
